The donation, jointly contributed by the group and its employees, will be specifically allocated for post-disaster rescue and reconstruction work.
Following the incident, the group immediately communicated and coordinated with relevant Hong Kong authorities to swiftly finalize the donation. Matrixport extends its deepest condolences to the citizens who tragically lost their lives and to the firefighters who died in the line of duty. The company also expresses profound respect for frontline firefighting, rescue, and medical personnel, and offers sincere condolences to the families of those affected.
Matrixport will continue to closely monitor the recovery progress and maintain collaboration with local nonprofit partners to provide ongoing support to the affected communities in Hong Kong.
