TechFlow, November 24 — According to an official announcement by Port3 Network, the project has initiated a token migration plan following a recent attack, aiming to ensure ecosystem stability and protect user assets.
Under the migration plan, all tokens will be migrated at a 1:1 ratio, with the snapshot taken at 20:56 UTC immediately after the attack. Centralized exchanges will also carry out the same migration process. Additionally, users affected by the attack will receive compensation in the form of 200 to 500 tokens. The new tokens will only be issued on the BNB Chain. Port3 Network stated that as early as April this year, it had announced the migration of all $PORT3 liquidity from Ethereum to BNB Chain, and the new token contract will be deployed exclusively on BNB Chain to enhance security. To offset the impact of unauthorized minting, the team will burn a total of 162.7 million PORT3 tokens, ensuring the total supply remains unchanged.
