Main contents include:
- Enable protocol fees, with all collected fees used to burn UNI
- Burn 100 million UNI tokens from the treasury in a one-time event
- Establish a Protocol Fee Discount Auction (PFDA) to increase returns for liquidity providers
- Upgrade Uniswap v4 into an on-chain aggregator that collects fees from external liquidity
- Adjust the relationship between Uniswap Labs and the Foundation to jointly focus on protocol development
