TechFlow news, November 23 — According to an official announcement, Binance Futures will automatically settle and delist the USDⓈ-M PORT3USDT perpetual contract on November 23, 2025 at 06:30 (UTC). Users should note:
- No new positions can be opened after 06:00 (UTC)
- Users are advised to close outstanding positions in advance to avoid automatic settlement
- The futures insurance fund will not support liquidations during the final hour before settlement
- Positions not yet liquidated will be handled via Auto-Deleveraging (ADL)
Binance reminds users to closely monitor market volatility and may take additional risk measures, including adjusting leverage and margin requirements.
