The company declared an annual dividend of $0.01 per share, becoming the first major cryptocurrency company to announce an annual dividend. The dividend was declared on November 21, with a record date of December 8, ex-dividend date of December 5, and payment date of December 29.
BitMine plans to launch its "Made in America Validator Network," a staking feature expected to officially roll out in the first quarter of 2026. BitMine will hold its annual shareholder meeting on January 15, 2026, at Wynn Las Vegas.
