TechFlow news, November 18 — According to an official announcement, Binance Futures will conduct automatic settlement and delist the XCNUSDT, FLMUSDT, and PERPUSDT perpetual contracts on November 21, 2025 at 09:00 (UTC). Users will be unable to open new positions starting from 08:30 (UTC) on November 21. It is recommended to close positions in advance to avoid automatic settlement. During the final hour, the futures insurance fund will not support the liquidation process, which may lead to high volatility and reduced liquidity. Positions that fail to meet margin requirements will be handled through Auto-Deleveraging (ADL).
