TechFlow, on November 4, according to Yahoo Finance, Edward Yip, Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division at the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), stated that building upon the previously issued "Guideline for Virtual Asset Service Providers" (VASP roadmap), the SFC will soon release further policy incentives. He believes digital asset regulation should follow the principle of "taking small steps quickly," promoting innovation together with the market while ensuring risks are under control. Rather than blocking potential digital asset projects at the licensing stage, it is better to allow compliant projects to enter the market first, permit "small-scale trial and error," and achieve "natural elimination" through dynamic supervision.
