TechFlow news, November 3: Wintermute founder Evgeny Gaevoy explicitly stated on social platform X that the company has never planned to sue Binance and sees no reason to do so in the future. In response to market rumors about signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Binance and joining other market makers in filing a lawsuit, Gaevoy firmly denied them, calling these claims "completely baseless rumors." Although some users mentioned that Gaevoy had hinted market makers might take legal action against Binance, he emphasized that Wintermute is not involved.
