TechFlow news, November 3 — According to Zhitong Caijing, Yili Holdings (00076.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yili Graphite Limited (the "Subsidiary"), and Goldpay Limited ("Goldpay") had entered into a cooperation agreement on October 10, 2025. Under the agreement, Goldpay was to issue a utility blockchain voucher primarily for use by the Subsidiary, as part of a collaborative plan to promote the company's product sales. However, Goldpay has recently requested the Subsidiary to terminate their collaboration on the blockchain voucher project. The termination request is based on Goldpay's revised strategy regarding the registered locations of its partner companies, leading to the demand to end all cooperation with the Subsidiary concerning the blockchain voucher and related projects. On November 3, 2025, both the Subsidiary and Goldpay signed an agreement to terminate the cooperation as described above, agreeing to immediately cease all collaboration between Goldpay and the Subsidiary on the blockchain voucher and any related projects, effective immediately.
