TechFlow news, October 31 — According to Jinshi Data, two sources said that Trump's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has concluded its work at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and will vacate the agency this week. Initially led by billionaire Musk, the organization has driven widespread federal government workforce reductions since Trump took office in January. Reuters previously reported that DOGE staff at the SEC primarily focused on cutting contracts before shifting toward promoting deregulation. Eliezer Mishory, who oversaw DOGE’s work at the SEC, has completed his assignment and was the sole DOGE representative at the SEC over recent months. An SEC spokesperson stated the agency could not comment due to the government shutdown.
