Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said: "If you read the Constitution carefully, it's clear that I cannot run," adding that "sadly," he currently enjoys strong political support. Trump's remarks came after House Speaker Johnson stated on Tuesday that he saw no "path" for Trump to pursue a third term.
