TechFlow, October 24 — Bitget Wallet, a Web3 wallet, announced upcoming support for the x402 protocol to further explore and enhance the Web3 payment experience. This integration will enable users to initiate on-chain payments via QR code scanning or clicking links, delivering a smoother and more natural on-chain payment experience.
Bitget Wallet has been continuously expanding in the Web3 payments space by launching a crypto payment card to promote real-world usage of crypto assets; introducing Vietnam's national QR code payment functionality, allowing users to make direct QR payments with cryptocurrencies such as USDT at local merchants; and integrating Solana Pay to bring native low-latency payment experiences to the Solana ecosystem. The support for the x402 protocol will further diversify Bitget Wallet’s technical approaches to payment services and open new possibilities for multi-protocol, multi-scenario crypto payments in the future.
Bitget Wallet stated that it will continue advancing the evolution of Web3 payment experiences, exploring more open and efficient crypto payment solutions globally, making digital asset usage more widespread and convenient.
