TechFlow, Oct 24 — According to Investing.com, WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. (NASDAQ: WIMI) announced it is researching a blockchain privacy protection system integrating post-quantum threshold algorithms, aiming to enhance security against potential quantum computing threats.
The company's research focuses on developing cryptographic solutions resistant to quantum attacks, which pose risks to traditional encryption methods such as RSA and ECC widely used in current blockchain systems. WiMi Hologram's proposed system combines post-quantum cryptography with threshold key-sharing techniques, distributing private keys across multiple consensus nodes to reduce the risks of centralized key management while maintaining system functionality even if some nodes are compromised.
