TechFlow news, October 24 — According to Caixin, the extradition case of She Zhijiang, which had been suspended two months ago, has made new progress today. Thailand's Constitutional Court ruled that the extradition does not violate or contravene the Thai constitution, meaning the extradition process will restart after She Zhijiang was detained in Thailand for over three years. Caixin revealed that She Zhijiang developed the "Asia Pacific New City" in the Shwe Kokko area along the Thai-Burmese border. Promotional materials described the project as the first global blockchain-based financing initiative, but it was actually involved in online gambling and telecom fraud operations.
