TechFlow reported on October 23 that David Sacks, the White House's cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence director, posted on social media stating, "Today I met with Senate members on Capitol Hill, as well as held productive discussions with key Democratic lawmakers. I believe we are fully capable this year of passing crypto market structure legislation with bipartisan support, which will finally bring much-needed regulatory clarity to the crypto industry and solidify the success of the GENIUS Act for American Stablecoin Innovation signed earlier this year by President Trump."
