TechFlow, October 20 — According to FinSMEs, Entry, a compliance-native decentralized financial infrastructure company based in Toronto, Canada, has raised $1 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Modern Niagara, with participation from Qrecendo and Perrfin.
Led by CEO Rodney Prescott, Entry is building privacy-preserving, regulation-compliant decentralized financial infrastructure. The company develops foundational layers for regulated digital assets by combining zero-knowledge identity (zkID), AI-driven compliance reasoning, and auditable proof systems. The protocol uses the ENT utility token to power zero-knowledge computation and AI compliance reasoning.
