TechFlow, Oct 21 — According to Bloomberg, cryptocurrency company Ripple Labs Inc. is in talks to lease premium office space on the upper floors of Brookfield’s newest skyscraper in London.
The sources said Ripple is seeking to rent about 90,000 square feet (8,361.3 square meters) at One Leadenhall, a 35-story building located in London's financial district. Brookfield is asking for rent of approximately £140 ($187.33) per square foot, making it one of the most expensive office spaces in the financial district, with rental levels comparable to prime locations in London’s upscale Mayfair area.
