TechFlow, October 20 — According to Jinshi Data, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated that the Russia-Ukraine conflict "cannot end this quickly," noting that Ukraine's situation is unprecedented globally and far exceeds other armed conflicts in scale. However, he added that conditions for genuine peace have recently begun to emerge. Zelenskyy said Budapest is not the optimal location for negotiations between leaders of the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia, but emphasized he is willing to meet in any country for the sake of peace.
He also stressed that if negotiations involve leaders, he would agree to trilateral talks or any format such as "shuttle diplomacy." Zelenskyy further commented on the "Tomahawk" missiles, saying, "Trump does not want to escalate the conflict before meeting with Russia."
