TechFlow, October 16 — According to an official announcement, YZi Labs has announced an investment in Temple Digital Group, the creator of the first native trading platform built on the Canton Network. Temple is dedicated to building a privacy-focused capital markets technology stack designed to address structural fragmentation in tokenized markets.
The platform combines the advantages of traditional electronic trading systems with DeFi, offering features such as automated order routing, comprehensive liquidity models, and non-custodial settlement. The investment will be used to expand engineering and compliance teams, as well as to develop new products including asset issuance management tools, perpetual futures, and cross-network trading routing.
Canton Network is the first public-permissioned blockchain specifically built for institutional finance, co-developed by leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon, combining privacy, compliance, and scalability.
