TechFlow news, October 16 — According to CoinDesk, Lise (Lightning Stock Exchange) in Paris has received authorization from France’s financial regulator ACPR to become the first company in Europe to operate a fully tokenized stock exchange. The exchange will integrate trading and settlement onto a single blockchain platform, targeting French companies with market capitalizations below €500 million, and plans to launch its first SME IPOs by early 2026. Lise’s shareholders include CACEIS (a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group), BNP Paribas, and Bpifrance.
