TechFlow news, October 14 — According to CoinDesk, Ethereum developers successfully deployed the Fusaka upgrade on the Sepolia testnet this Tuesday, marking the second test following the Holesky test two weeks ago. Fusaka will introduce the PeerDAS data validation method, allowing validators to process only partial data instead of complete "blobs," significantly reducing bandwidth requirements and costs for institutional users. The development team plans to conduct the final test on the Hoodi network on October 28, after which the mainnet activation date will be determined. This upgrade is another major network optimization following Pectra, primarily targeting cost improvements for Layer-2 networks and validators.
