TechFlow, October 1 — According to GlobeNewswire, NASDAQ-listed company RYVYL announced it has entered into a merger agreement with Roundtable, a Web3 digital media SaaS technology company. The latter will inject over $30 million worth of Bitcoin into the merged entity to strengthen its balance sheet. The new company will consist of 15.15% ownership held by RYVYL shareholders and 84.85% by RTB Digital shareholders, and will operate under the name "RTB Digital, Inc (Roundtable)."
