Event Details
Welcome to the DuckChain and AWS co-hosted global online hackathon—AI Unchained. Focused on AI agents and decentralized infrastructure, this week-long virtual event brings together top talent from the AI, Web3, and agent computing ecosystems.
Whether you're building autonomous agents, AI-powered decentralized applications, or decentralized model inference systems, this is your starting point. With strong support, generous prizes, and expert mentorship, AI Unchained invites you to help shape the future of permissionless intelligence.
Let's build an AI world that is not only intelligent but also decentralized.

Submission Tracks
AI Agents & Autonomous Applications: Build on-chain agents capable of perception, decision-making, and autonomous action with feedback loops.
Decentralized AI Infrastructure: Create decentralized infrastructure for training, storing, or running AI models, including DePIN, federated learning, etc.
On-Chain AI as a Service: Develop token-incentivized APIs or services such as inference engines, AIGC image/text tools, etc.
DuckChain Native Tools: Use DuckChain's infrastructure to build developer tools, social protocols, or data solutions for on-chain AI applications.
Judging Criteria
Submitted projects will be evaluated along the following dimensions, with emphasis on how effectively AI is integrated into decentralized and agent-based applications:
Innovation & Creativity (25%)
AI-Native Design: Does the project creatively leverage AI agents, LLMs, or model inference pipelines beyond basic chatbot functionality?
Web2 → Web3 Transition: Does the project help traditional users transition into decentralized AI workflows? Does it introduce tools or UX patterns that lower barriers to entry?
"WOW" Factor: Does the project impress through creativity, elegant design, or AI performance?
Technical Feasibility & User Experience (35%)
Project Completion (15%): Is there a complete demo, deployed prototype, or well-documented GitHub repository? Do core features work reliably and are thoroughly tested?
Technical Challenge (10%): Does the project solve a difficult AI or infrastructure problem? Does it use DuckChain and AWS services in non-trivial ways?
User Experience (10%): Is the interface intuitive? Are prompt/response flows smooth? Are agent operations or feedback loops natural and effective?
DuckChain Ecosystem Fit (20%)
Duck Identity (5%): Does the project creatively incorporate DuckChain's "duck" brand into AI personality, design, or naming?
Duck Token Utility (15%): Does the project provide meaningful utility for the $DUCK token?
Sustainability & Business Model (15%)
Roadmap (8%): Has the team proposed a clear development path for the AI agent/application? How will decentralized AI workloads be maintained or scaled?
Sustainable Model (7%): Is there a revenue or incentive model such as agent-as-a-service, microtransactions, or DuckStar economics?
