Layer 2 public blockchain LightLink announces the launch of the LightLink APAC Hackathon: Gasless GameStorm, co-hosted online with Web3 education platform HackQuest and developer community Moonshot Commons. A physical Hacker House will also be held.
The LightLink hackathon will run from December 18, 2023 to January 5, 2024, focusing on developers across the Asia-Pacific region. The event is open to all themes, but participants are encouraged to submit game-related projects or build using LightLink’s enterprise mode.
LightLink will award $5,000 in cash prizes to winning teams, while developer partners including AWS, Quick Nodes, and Chainbase will provide over $100,000 in credits to support builders.
LightLink will invite 10 selected teams to participate in the online Demo Day on January 5. Investors from funds such as Hash Global, HashKey Capital, SevenX Ventures, Bytetrade Lab, and One Piece Lab will join the evaluation of winning projects.
