According to Coinmarketcap data, the Altcoin Season Index is currently at 13, marking the lowest annual level since September 3, 2024, a sharp decline from last month's 43. After reaching an annual high of 87 on December 4, 2024, the index has been steadily declining, indicating that in the past 90 days, only 13 out of the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap have outperformed Bitcoin.
