Bybit CEO: Actual liquidations across the entire network in the past 24 hours may have reached $10 billion; we will remove the limits on liquidation data push
Bybit CEO Ben Zhou disclosed that the actual 24-hour liquidation volume in the cryptocurrency market could reach $8–10 billion, far exceeding the data shown on Coinglass. For Bybit alone, the actual liquidation amount reached $2.1 billion, while Coinglass displayed only $333 million. Zhou explained that this discrepancy primarily stems from API limitations imposed by exchanges on liquidation data dissemination. To enhance market transparency, Bybit will begin pushing all liquidation data in the future.
