Over the years, I've been deeply involved in airdrop farming. As early as October 2021, I posted tweets about airdrop interactions for $HOP, $ENS, $PSP, and $COW. Now, I'm compiling all the airdrops I currently know about for your reference.
The current focus is on L2s, where the likelihood of token launches is extremely high. Optimism has already taken the lead—so you should prepare for other L2s. Let’s start with zkSync, Solana, Optimism, and Arbitrum.
zkSync
Bridge assets via Orbiter Finance or other cross-chain bridges to complete interactions. Set up an Argent wallet and interact with other applications on it. Complete one trade on ZigZagExchange.
Solana
Install the Phantom wallet and deposit SOL, then conduct trades through the built-in trading interface in the wallet. Participate in Friktion Lab and KatanaHQ, derivative protocols similar to Ribbon and Opyn—be cautious about fund security when engaging in derivatives. Use JupiterExchange, a DEX, to complete several trades to ensure interaction. Then move to AtrixProtocol, an AMM built on Serum, and complete staking, LP provision, or trading.
Optimism
Although OP's snapshot has ended, this strategy remains valid. First, bridge your assets using HopProtocol, a highly reputable team supporting Polygon, Gnosis, and Arbitrum. Then complete a trade on PikaProtocol, a perpetual exchange similar to DYDX, where you can go long or short on BTC, ETH, and LINK. Complete a swap on Kwenta, then participate in ClipperDEX, where you can trade or provide LP.
Arbitrum
Despite no clear indication yet about a potential token airdrop, Arbitrum posted a tweet on the same day OP launched its token—given that even competitors are doing so, it's reasonable to keep expectations high. Like Optimism, you’ll need to bridge assets via a cross-chain bridge, which can be done directly on Arbitrum’s official website. Then explore and interact with more Arbitrum-based protocols.
