深潮 TechFlow 消息，今日，Matrixport正式完成對瑞士合規加密資管公司Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG（CFAM）的全現金收購。此次收購將使CFAM更名為Matrixport Asset Management AG（MAM），併為泛歐洲市場提供合規的加密資產管理服務。
