TechFlow 소식통에 따르면, 그레이스케일 인베스트먼트(Grayscale Investments)가 그레이스케일 호라이즌 트러스트(Grayscale Horizen Trust), 그레이스케일 스텔라 루멘 트러스트(Grayscale Stellar Lumens Trust), 그리고 그레이스케일 제이쉬 트러스트(Grayscale Zcash Trust)에 대해 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 양식(Form) 10 등록 서류를 제출하여 이들 상품을 SEC 보고 대상 회사로 전환했다.
현재 그레이스케일 인베스트먼트는 비트코인 트러스트(Grayscale Bitcoin Trust), 비트코인 캐시 트러스트(Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust), 디지털 라지캡 펀드(Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund), 이더리움 트러스트(Grayscale Ethereum Trust), 이더리움 클래식 트러스트(Grayscale Ethereum Classic Trust), 라이트코인 트러스트(Grayscale Litecoin Trust) 등 6종의 SEC 보고 대상 상품을 운영하고 있다.
