TechFlow, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that aside from BTC and ETH, demand for a SOL ETF might be higher than for other digital assets. However, the issue lies in the fact that the SEC's stance toward SOL is completely different from its stance toward ETH. In previous lawsuits against Coinbase, Kraken, and other companies, the SEC has explicitly stated that "Solana (SOL) is a security," which could make the path to a SOL ETF particularly difficult.
