TechFlow news, on September 26, according to The Block, a major cryptocurrency ransom case occurred in Minnesota. On September 19, Raymond Garcia, 23, and his brother Isiah Garcia, 24, armed with guns, kidnapped a family of three and forced the victims to transfer $8 million worth of cryptocurrency. The two suspects were arrested in Texas on September 22 and are now being prosecuted by federal prosecutors on multiple charges including kidnapping, first-degree robbery, and burglary.
