TechFlow, on August 22, according to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization issued a statement on further strengthening cooperation in science, technology, and innovation.
The statement mentioned: "Promote joint research and development in areas such as cloud computing, big data, and blockchain; exchange experience and knowledge in the digital economy; and strengthen cooperation in cross-border data flows, bridging the digital divide, opening digital markets, and developing international standards;"
