TechFlow, August 17 — According to an official announcement from Ondo Finance, the company's Chief Strategy Officer, Ian DeBode, stated on The Rollup show that the world is now ready for asset tokenization. He said: "This time is genuinely different, partly because there is already significant stablecoin liquidity on-chain and on-chain applications have become a reality. Decentralized finance (DeFi) now exists, whereas it didn't before. Therefore, I believe this is truly the best moment to move all these assets onto the blockchain."
DeBode emphasized that, unlike in the past, the necessary infrastructure for tokenization now exists, creating favorable conditions for moving assets on-chain.
