TechFlow, August 14 — According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, AI company AInnovation (2121.HK) has jointly established a joint venture named "Henryga Digital Chain Technology Limited" with Henryga Group (3638.HK), in which the two parties hold 20% and 80% stakes respectively.
The joint venture will focus on financial services, artificial intelligence, and blockchain applications, providing traditional financial institutions with comprehensive solutions for transitioning to Web3. Its business scope includes developing blockchain-based tokenization systems for physical assets and corporate payment stablecoin systems, helping financial and real economy enterprises achieve asset tokenization on-chain.
