TechFlow news, on August 8, according to Caixin, Bao Fan, founder of China Renaissance Holdings (01911.HK), has recently reappeared after being under investigation by relevant authorities for approximately two and a half years. China Renaissance responded that Bao Fan is no longer involved in the daily management and operations of the group, and his personal activities fall within the scope of private matters. The company stated that its current business and operations are normal and ongoing, with the Executive Committee fully responsible for advancing the group's strategy. Regarding whether Bao Fan has fully regained his freedom, his case lawyers declined to comment on related information.
