TechFlow news, August 6 — According to Hong Kong's Herald Tribune, Gold Coast Asset Management Limited has launched the Global Nexus Tokenized Income Limited Partnership Fund, the first tokenized limited partnership fund in Hong Kong registered with the Securities and Futures Commission. The fund is issued on the Ethereum public blockchain using the ERC-20 technical standard and employs a dual-registration structure, recording fund shares simultaneously on the blockchain and in a Hong Kong law-recognized register.
Technical partner NVT provided the blockchain solution for the fund, deploying it through its real-world asset (RWA) tokenization system. Denominated in US dollars, the fund primarily invests in a global bond portfolio and supports over-the-counter (OTC) secondary trading. Gold Coast Asset Management stated it will continue deepening its involvement in the RWA ecosystem and launch more diversified tokenized products.
