TechFlow, August 4 — Digital asset investment platform Grayscale today announced the expansion of its management team and a restructuring of its board of directors. The company has appointed four executives from the traditional finance sector to join its leadership team: Diana Zhang as Chief Operating Officer, Ramona Boston as Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea Williams as Chief Communications Officer, and Maxwell Rosenthal as Chief Human Resources Officer. Meanwhile, founder Barry Silbert will succeed Mark Shifke as chairman of the board.
