TechFlow, August 1 - According to The Block, trading data for Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Solana futures in July showed significant month-on-month growth in both trading volume and open interest. The data revealed that the aggregated trading volume reached $8.1 billion in July, a 252% increase from June, while the average monthly open interest amounted to $400.9 million, up 203% from the previous month.
Meanwhile, CME Bitcoin futures recorded a trading volume of $275.3 billion in July, a 23% increase month-on-month, with average monthly open interest at $17.8 billion. Ethereum futures saw a trading volume of $118.1 billion, up 82% from the prior month, with average monthly open interest at $5.2 billion.
