TechFlow, July 28 — According to The Smarter Web Company, the London-listed technology firm that adopted a Bitcoin treasury strategy announced it has successfully placed 6,057,914 new ordinary shares from its current batch of 14 million newly issued ordinary shares.
The placement of these 6,057,914 new ordinary shares raised 19,680,874 pounds (before deduction of expenses). The company expects to receive approximately 97% of the proceeds from the placement at settlement, which is anticipated early this week.
