TechFlow, July 24 — According to Chainwire, GameSquare Holdings (NASDAQ: GAME), a Nasdaq-listed company, announced the acquisition of CryptoPunk #5577 from Robert Leshner, founder of the DeFi protocol Compound, for $5.15 million in preferred stock. This marks GameSquare's first direct investment in an NFT.
GameSquare currently holds approximately 12,913.49 ETH, with its total Ethereum assets valued at around $52 million.
