TechFlow news, on July 24, according to on-chain analyst Yujin's monitoring, after the co-founder of pump.fun stated that there would be no airdrop in the near future, the PUMP price dropped from $0.0039 to $0.0031. One and a half hours before the decline, an institution dumped all 3.75 billion PUMP tokens (worth $14.3 million) into Coinbase Prime at a loss. The institution had previously acquired these PUMP tokens through a private sale using 15 million USDC at $0.004 per token. This move resulted in a $700,000 loss for the institution (the current value of the $15 million USDC investment has shrunk to $14.3 million).
