TechFlow news, on July 22, according to The Miner Mag, Bitcoin mining company Mawson has dismissed its CEO Rahul Mewawalla for breach of fiduciary duties and alleged fraud, and has filed a lawsuit in Delaware court. In a letter to the board dated July 17, Rahul Mewawalla stated he "respectfully but firmly" disagrees with the company's characterization of events, noting that the board publicly praised his leadership earlier this year. Previously, Mawson was sued by Stone Ridge, parent company of NYDIG, and its subsidiary Consensus Colocation, accusing it of unauthorized control over $30 million worth of ASIC miners owned by NYDIG.
