Following the transaction, the company will hold a 5% equity stake in IXIMI Technology. IXIMI Technology operates the digital asset trading platform—XMeta—and the overseas NFT aggregation ecosystem platform—XMeta.HK.
According to Jinshi Data, Hainan Huatie announced that its associate company, Hainan Huatie Huangfeng Digital Technology Co., Ltd., has completed a strategic investment in Nanchang X-Aimu Technology Co., Ltd. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold 5% equity in X-Aimu Technology. X-Aimu Technology owns the digital asset trading platform XMeta and the overseas NFT aggregation ecosystem platform XMeta.HK.
