For September, the probability of holding rates unchanged is 4.9%, while the probabilities of cumulative rate cuts of 25 and 50 basis points are 73.3% and 21.8%, respectively. On Wednesday night, the U.S. "non-farm payroll preview" data unexpectedly recorded a negative value, with the official U.S. non-farm payrolls report due for release soon.
