These DAI were obtained by the hacker last March when they sold ETH at a price of $3,885. In April 2023, the hacker stole crypto assets worth $2,300 at the time from the Bitrue exchange.
According to analyst Yu Jin, the Bitrue hacker is currently using 16.345 million DAI to purchase ETH and laundering funds through Tornado. These DAI were obtained by the hacker last March when they sold ETH at a price of 3,885 USD. In April 2023, the hacker stole approximately 2.3 million USD worth of crypto assets from the Bitrue exchange.
