TechFlow, May 30 — According to The Guardian, U.S. House Judiciary Committee Democratic Leader Jamie Raskin has called for an investigation into former President Trump's private dinner last week for major holders of the $TRUMP token.
Raskin said the event may have violated constitutional provisions prohibiting federal officials from accepting gifts from foreign governments without congressional approval. An analysis by The Washington Post found that about half of the attendees were from overseas.
