TechFlow, on May 29, blockchain security firm BlockSec officially launched its oracle monitoring feature on Phalcon, its attack monitoring and automatic blocking platform. The system supports real-time monitoring of both protocol-owned and external oracles (such as Chainlink, Pyth), utilizing a triple mechanism of price deviation detection, range-based alerts, and cross-validation to accurately identify price anomalies, while also providing monitoring for delayed price updates and oracle health checks. Upon detecting anomalies, the platform immediately sends alerts and automatically triggers emergency responses.
Previously, multiple projects including Mango Markets, Venus, and Rho Markets suffered significant losses due to oracle-related issues. BlockSec stated that the oracle monitoring system can effectively prevent liquidation risks and oracle manipulation risks caused by abnormal pricing. Phalcon now supports over 30 mainstream blockchain networks and, in addition to oracle monitoring, offers real-time detection and automatic blocking of attack, operational, interaction, economic, Safe{Wallet}, and custom risks. The product is currently open for demo reservations and free trials.
