TechFlow, May 26 — According to GlobeNewswire, Canadian publicly traded company Matador Technologies announced the completion of its first non-brokered private placement, issuing approximately 2.8638 million units at a price of CAD 0.55 per unit, raising a total of CAD 1.575 million.
The proceeds will be allocated equally toward: purchasing Bitcoin, advancing the company's gold acquisition and Grammies business plans, and general corporate purposes.
