TechFlow news, May 24 — According to Forbes, U.S. President Trump used the presidential seal during a $TRUMP investor dinner on Thursday at the Trump National Golf Club, even though the White House stated he was attending the event during "personal time."
Under U.S. federal law, the presidential seal may not be used in a way that could create a "false impression of government sponsorship or approval," and violations can result in fines or up to six months in prison. Trump arrived at the dinner via military helicopter from the White House and delivered remarks to 220 top investors who collectively invested approximately $148 million into the $TRUMP token.
