TechFlow, May 22 — According to official information, the ZKsync community proposal GAP-3, which authorizes the ZKsync Security Council to convert recovered ETH into ZK tokens, concluded voting today and received majority support. The proposal states that, due to potential arbitrage and market manipulation risks, the method and timing for converting ETH into ZK tokens will not be disclosed in advance. Previously, Foresight News reported that ZKsync was attacked in April 2025, resulting in stolen unclaimed airdropped tokens; however, the $5 million in funds stolen during subsequent attacks has since been returned by the hacker.
